Half sheets help when your common jobs need a small piece. They do not guarantee lower spending if you keep taking the same total paper area.
Paper napkins or paper towels for the dinner table?
Choose based on the task. Napkins are convenient for place settings; towels are sized and perforated for kitchen jobs. Neither label tells you the exact amount of paper in a serving.
Where reusable cloths can reduce paper towel use
Use clean reusable cloths for suitable repeated jobs, such as drying a water splash, and keep a clear laundering routine. Do not move a dirty cloth from one task to another.
Using paper towels around food: check the package first
Check the exact product instructions for food-contact and microwave use. A household paper label does not automatically authorize every cooking or heating application.
